Free Private Investigator Visit To Your Debtor

Our Private Investigators use many means to determine the facts of your commercial debt. To verify facts, such as your debtor’s assets and ability to pay, they will make phone calls and visit the subject’s place of business. They will take pictures of the building, inventory and grounds. Pictures also will be taken of the vehicles located at the debtor locale. They will also make a face to face demand for payment in full from your debtor, within 24 hours.

It is important that we know the financial position of the debtor. To this end our investigator will develop an asset profile for us to use in effecting collection.

The final written report and pictures will be forwarded to us within one day. Once we have a list of assets, the debtors bank, inventory and customer list we then are in a position to move against the debtor and we will at the juncture to make additional contact to move the account into a paid status. If the debtor will not cooperate we will then be in a position to force them to pay.

All of this starts to put great pressure on the debtor to handle the account on an immediate basis.
